How much are does it cost to your by owner?

Hello…I was wondering if anyone knew once all is said and done on average how much the lawyer fees usually are for a $200,000 home if you sell it for sale by owner? I understand there will be costs for our advertising, and we did our home going through for sale by owner but we don't recall what the costs were to the seller? Thanks more…
